The anonymised data is building something the profession has never had - a sector-wide benchmark of digital HSE maturity - by practitioners.
Moving from traditional health and safety into SafetyTech, Ike's mission is to give HSE leaders the data and support they need to make informed decisions about digital transformation, instead of relying on vendor promises and gut instinct. She is the founder of Flocrunch, a provider of digital solutions and trainings for safety teams.
In March 2027, Ike hosts the VIGIL Summit - a 5-day virtual leadership experience bringing together HSE professionals ready to act on the data and rely on evidence-led strategies for safer work.
